“They are those whom Allah has guided, so follow their guidance.” (Qur’an 6:90) Allah did not leave mankind without guidance. He sent Prophets and Messengers, chosen servants who embodied faith, patience, sacrifice, and reliance upon Him. Each of them faced trials, yet their unwavering trust in Allah made them shining examples for all generations. To “follow in their footsteps” means to live with purpose, integrity, and submission to Allah, just as they did. It is to draw lessons from their lives, Prophet Nuh’s perseverance, Prophet Ibrahim’s sacrifice, Prophet Musa’s courage, Prophet Isa’s compassion, and the perfect character of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. This Halaqah invites us to reflect on the lives of the Prophets and apply their timeless guidance to our own struggles, choices, and aspirations, so that we may walk the path that leads to Allah’s pleasure.
In the Company of the Sahabah is a journey into the lives of the noble Companions of the Prophet ﷺ, showing how their īmān illuminated every part of their lives. Each month centers on a theme highlighting the Sahabah who embodied those qualities with excellence. Through their stories, we discover timeless lessons and living examples, reminding us that their legacy is not just history, but enduring guidance for how we nurture our own īmān and character today.
